Transition Kindergarten Enrollment Requirements
- Your child’s birthday must be between September 1 - December 2 of the current year. Please refer to the Transition Kindergarten Enrollment Link for further details. This tab will be updated as we receive further information.
- The child must have a current Tuberculosis test (within 1 year from the date school will start).
- The child must have a current physical card (provided by office) completed by their physician.
What you need to bring to the office to pick-up Enrollment packet:
- Bring current utility bill (gas, water, or electric bill only). If you do not possess a utility bill please contact main office for assistance.
What you need to bring to the office to return Enrollment packet (NOTE, your child is not enrolled until the completed enrollment packet has been returned):
- Bring current utility bill (gas, water, or electric bill only). If you do not possess a utility bill please contact main office for assistance.
- Bring the original birth certificate/passport of child.
- Bring the child’s current immunization.
- Physical Card (orange double-sided card)
*** If the child has an IEP please provide the office with a copy when picking up enrollment packet. This will help us in planning to meet your child’s needs.
