WESTWOOD CHARTER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL'S FOURTH ANNUAL
ARTSHARE 2012
"One by One"
We would like to invite any interested 1st - 5th grade students to participate in ARTSHARE, a voluntary, after-school arts program at our school that encourages kids to use their imagination and creativity to reflect upon a theme. We will be holding four afternoons of creative workshops taught by parent mentors to explore this year’s theme, "One by One." Ultimately, each student will independently create an original work of art that expresses what "One by One" means to him/her. Click here for the ARTSHARE poster!
Our fourth annual ARTSHARE gallery with live performances will be held Thursday, April 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Finally, we will exhibit the visual art pieces in our community gallery hosted by Starbucks, providing students the opportunity to share their vision with our neighborhood. Look for signups via email.
